If the returned device was used to transport or has been in contact with hazardous materials (whether it is subject to mandatory labelling or not), please enclose the Safety Data Sheet and specify the hazardous material.

Please note that acceptance of the device can also be refused, depending on the degree of pollution. Depending on the hazardous material, the waste disposal of the device may need to take place at your premises.
