Looking back 4. Open day for users

On March 19th 2015 our fourth Open Day for Users took place. This time it took place in our Production Center in Waghäusel, where we opened a new production hall last year.

According to the motto „Get in touch with applications – Knowledge to take away” there were 65 Customers and interested persons in the production center in Waghäusel. The event found wide acclaim and was booked within a short period.


Open Day Schedule

At 8:45 am Managing Director Ulrich W. Kreher started the event with an opening speech. After this the participants went to the conference rooms.

This time the participants could expand and deepen their knowledge in following workshops:

  • Industrial Fan Basics: Our evergreen from open day to open day
  • Blower design: the steps to the fitting blower
  • „Good Vibrations“: Reducing vibrations and noise emissions
  • Basics of rolling bearings: influences on the bearing lifetime and advantages of the hybrid bearings

Additionally we offered two guided tours through the production area. In the meantime the participants could talk to the experts for fans and blowers from Elektror. There was also a small exhibition where the visitors could convince theirselves of the Elektror Industrial Fans.

The joint lunch in the Elektror canteen gave the opportunity to get know one another better.

At 4 pm the Elektror-Team said goodbye to the numerous visitors.



The fourth Elektror Open Day was a real success. All visitors were fully satisfied. The number of participants was in this year over capacity limits, which means for prospects of our coming open days: Register as soon as possible!

We want to thank all customers for their interest and of course also the Elektror employees whose active assistance mad this day that successful.
