Six new trainees have begun their apprenticeship at Elektror

On September 1st new apprentices started at the production center in Waghäusel.

At nine o’clock in the morning the Factory Manager Markus Fuchs and the Instructor Peter Schmitt welcomed the six youngsters to Elektror airsystems – the manufacturer for industrial fans.

It was an exciting day for the beginners. First of all they got an instruction for work safety and all apprentices received working clothes and keys for their own locker. To get to know their new work environment, they made a guided tour through the production hall and offices, Mr. Kreher, CEO of the Elektror Group, held a welcome speech and Mr. Schmitt introduced the company rules. The day, which was full of information and impressions, ended at four o’clock in the afternoon.

In this year Elektror is educating two Electricians for mechanical and drive technology, one specialist for storage logistics and three industrial mechanics.

Since 1942 Elektror airsystems already is a training enterprise for commercial and industrial professions. Apprenticeship is one essential part in the company philosophy and reflects the values of the former company boss Margarete Müller-Bull. The apprentices get a qualitative and solid education, which enables them to become a qualified employee and prepares them to later working life.

At the moment Elektror is educating the following professions: Electrician for mechanical and drive technology, specialist for storage logistics and industrial mechanic.
