In the context of our orientation plan, you will have personal discussions with your contact persons in the different departments in the first weeks. Aside from the different faces of the company, you will also be introduced to the processes and interfaces. Together with your supervisor, you will define responsibilities, objectives and the required support in these discussions. This process will be continued in regular coordination talks.
We organise family parties, open days for users and annual year-end ceremonies at regular intervals. At site Ostfildern, you also have the possibility of having breakfast and lunch in our own cafeteria.
