On April 23th the 6th Girls’Day took place at Elektror in Waghäusel.
The Girls’Day is a national vocational orientation day for girls from the 5th class and higher. At Elektror Waghäusel there were five students which wanted to have a closer look on the apprenticeships “Industrial mechanic” and “electronics technician”.
To get a clue of the jobs, the students produced an own game and an electronical tea light. They had the opportunity to test their skills at soldering, milling, turning, drilling and filing.
The participants got supported by the Elektror first-year apprentices. The girls were very interested and attentive.
After a final conversation it became clear that all of them had so much fun.
We from Elektror hope that we could influence their vocational choice and way positively.« 返回
